- What's a credit?
- One credit equals one cent of actual model-usage cost — the same units we already meter under the hood. Cheap models (short replies, small classifiers) burn fractions of a credit; large reasoning calls burn more. You get credits worth your plan's allowance every month.
- Can I switch plans?
- Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime from your billing page. A new cycle starts on the change date with the new allowance.
- What if I run out of credits?
- Model calls pause until the next renewal — or you can top up the separate one-off credit balance to keep running. Your skills, data, and integrations stay intact.
